Depending on if you have more or less than 12 children in your class, everyone gets one page in which to color in the top with something that makes you think of that month. Some months are easy- like November and December. Some are not so easy so talk about ideas for them.

With fewer children, you can either:
- Have each child do 2
- Have your fast finishers do more than one
- Start with September and do as many as you can in one class.
as time goes by, finish more when someone is ahead of
everyone else with a different project or craft. Or save the rest for   when you find yourself with extra time on any other Sunday.

TEACHER PREP OPTION
Teachers may prepare the charts instead. Either draw a timely picture or symbol or cut out a picture from magazines or newspapers and glue in the top space.

USE:
You can either lay each one out on your bulletin board and let the space grow over time, or if you are space constrained, staple the newest month over the last month and post on the wall or bulletin board. Else you can just put up the current month.

Attendance leaders:
At the end of the months there are 2 attendance leaders charts. One for top 3 attendees (more liberal) and one for only the top attendees (Stricter)
