Lots of alternatives to choose from. Depending on how much time you have, choose a tie to color or one that needs no coloring.

This tie works with any tee shirt - even golf shirts, and rugby shirts. For button shirts, just button up and use.

Remember to tell the kids this tie is just for today.

- If it rips, it can be mended from the back with tape.

Please make a sample Father's Day tie before class - you can do it quickly.

DEMONSTRATE TO THE CLASS HOW IT WORKS SO THEY CAN PUT IT ON DAD - or tell him how to do it himself

If you are doing this in a class setting, be sure you know that everyone has a dad at home. Ask any child who does not, if they have a grandpa or someone (other male role model) they can give it to. If not, choose a Mother's Day craft for that child.

Write your name under the "Tuck" instruction for dad.

Tuck the tail inside the shirt but leave the KNOT showing.

1 PRINT and individual instructions for each tie.

World's Greatest tie on white paper using black and white or color printer. No need to color this one unless you choose not to use a ball and then you can decorate it however you like. Do not color over the words.

Love tie on either white or colored paper, using any printer. Write your name on the line. No need to color this one, but if you do, do not color over the words or your name.

Stripe tie on on either white or colored paper, using any printer. COLOR THIS TIE BOTTON AMD KNOT ONLY FROM PAGE 2.

	LEFT 1 Cut out the tie bottom shape first. (and a ball if you are using this tie) 2 Then cut out the odd shape (Tail) on page 2 (Call it the knot section) PUT YOU NAME under the instructions for tucking in the tie for all 3 ties, though you will also write your name on the LOVE tie bottom.

3 ABOVE Layout the 2 pieces as shown. Glue the "GLUE" area and slip the glued area under the tie bottom as shown. (to the gray line) (This image has been corrected in the download version)   4 RIGHT Fold on the one dashed line. (In the download the tie has been corrected and there is only one dashed line. ) YOU'RE DONE Show the students how the tail slips inside the shirt and looks like a real tie!
