Lots of alternatives to choose from. Depending on how much time you have, choose a tie to color or one that needs no coloring.

This tie works with any tee shirt - even golf shirts, and rugby shirts. For button shirts, just button up and use.

Remember to tell the kids this tie is just for today.

the 2 pages of the Word Document for each student
White Glue
Scissors
Markers or crayons for striped tie
A pencil or marker for
Note- Colored paper works great for the "Love" tie, but white is good too.

Please make a sample Father's Day tie before class - you can do it quickly.

DEMONSTRATE TO THE CLASS HOW IT WORKS SO THEY CAN PUT IT ON DAD - or tell him how to do it himself

If you are doing this in a class setting, be sure you know that everyone has a dad at home. Ask any child who does not, if they have a grandpa or someone (other male role model) they can give it to. If not, choose a Mother's Day craft for that child.

Above is the Knot and Tail section.

Write your name under the "Tuck" instruction for dad.

Tuck the tail inside the shirt but leave the KNOT showing.
